Article 43, Paragraph Two, of the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 and revisions requires the Electronic Transactions Development Agency to prepare strategic plans concerning electronic transactions to present to the Electronic Transactions Committee for approval and deliver strategic plans to associated agencies for further action. In addition, Article 43/1 requires strategic plans in Article 43, Paragraph Two, to be consistent with national policies and plans on digital economy and society development pursuant to laws on digital economy and society development.
